You can press clay on just about anything to create a unique, one-of-a-kind stamp. Small, flat objects like leaves or flowers are especially beautiful!

How We Did It

Clay Stamping

Gather your materials and protect your workspace with newspapers or a paper bag.

Clay Stamping

Pour a small amount of paint onto a plate. Break off a handful of clay, shape it into a circle, and gently press it onto a leaf or flower. It helps to pinch the top of the clay ball to form a handle.

Clay Stamping

Try pressing different objects into the clay. Stamp as many patterns as you like. (Just remember, your clay will eventually dry out if you let it stay out too long.)
