Craft Stick Basket
I love how imperfectly darling this little basket came out. My daughter enjoyed personalizing each popsicle stick as she built this little spring gem!
How We Did It
I cut a recycled coffee cup in half for this basket. It was a great way to teach the kids to reuse and recycle!
Emma got to work on each craft stick. She used markers to decorate the sticks in spring colors.
We used tacky glue to attach the sticks all along the side of the cup. Tacky glue works the best to hold them in place while drying.
Once they were all on we added a ribbon around the basket to make it extra pretty. This also helped to hold everything together.
With a hole punch and pipe cleaner we added a little handle. Emma headed straight outside to collect some newly blooming flowers in her sweet basket.
