This is a simple way to get little ones thinking creatively, and a quick and easy activity that can be done anywhere! I love seeing what my kids come up with.
How We Did It
The idea of eyeball art is for children to use their imaginations when given a sheet of paper with only an eye on it. They draw around the eye to create an animal, person or any sort of creature they can dream up.
To start, I draw different eyes in different spots of blank sheets of paper. This is great to take to restaurants or in cars. It's much more exciting than the average coloring activity.
My five-year-old always draws the most creative creatures and really gets involved in each piece of art.
This kind of creativity is priceless. I just love it!
