Make your own flower or leaf coasters to use at your house or for a special gift.

How We Did It

Flower Coasters
Collect leaves for your coaster or use artificial flowers like we did. Flatten your leaves or flowers under a heavy book for a couple of days. Trace the Pringles Chip lids onto a piece of construction paper and cut them out.
Flower Coasters
Glue your flowers onto the construction paper circle. Glue them down as flat as possible.
Flower Coasters
Brush Modge Podge in each lid and set your paper circle in the lid with the flower side facing up.
Flower Coasters
Brush on 1-2 thick coats of Modge Podge to seal it. It dries clear so don't worry about how much you are using. TIP: If you are using a real flower or leaf, put it between two pieces of wax paper and press it by setting a heavy book on it for a few days. Keep the leaf in the wax paper and glue it to the construction paper. Seal with the Modge Podge over the top piece of the wax paper. These custom coasters will look great around the house or will be a great gift for someone special!
