My children love to help me cook, so no-cook recipes are wonderful when I can find a good one that they love too. This oatmeal is so easy to prepare and to have ready to go all week for those hectic mornings. A bonus is that they have fun preparing it and eating it; healthy choices start now!
What You'll Need
- jar / glass jar / mason jar (I used the wide-mouthed pint sized jars)
- almond milk (3/4 cup)
- chia seed (1 tbs)
How We Did It
Once you have the basic recipe for this oatmeal down, you can change up the ingredients to however you like. (For example, you could add dry fruit, coconut, honey, or flax seed.)
