PB and Banana Wrap
My daughter loves to cook! This is an easy way to make a healthy snack that she can prepare herself. That makes us both happy.
How We Did It
With a few simple ingredients (that are all my kids' favorites) we came up with a fun and healthy snack.
First, we spread some PB down the center of the tortilla. You can use sun butter if nut allergies run in the family.
Next, add the banana. Emma broke it up a bit to lay straight. She's a bit of a perfectionist!
A little bit of honey on top adds the perfect touch of sweetness. Raw local honey is very good for those pesky seasonal allergies.
She rolled it up and cut it in half to share with her brother.
Yum! The perfect after-school snack.
