Popsicle Stick Fireworks
This festive and simple firework craft would be fun for any Fourth of July gathering. It is very inexpensive and fun for all ages.
How We Did It
We used dot paints to paint our fireworks, but any kind of paint will work for this.
First, we stacked our sticks in a star shape, adding a dot of tacky glue with each stick.
Next, we used some more tacky glue to add ribbon to the back of the star shape. This creates the look of a shooting firework. The kids loved this part.
Once they were dry we added some color. My two-year old loves using dot painters. They are easy for him to use and we have a set that smell really yummy!
They turned out great. This was a great way to get ready for some real fireworks!
