Simple Paper Pilgrim Bonnet
This easy craft is a fun way for your little ones to feel like they're a part of the Thanksgiving story. Our four-year-old, Jackson, helped make this hat for his three-year-old sister. They both got a kick out of it and cracked up when they looked in the mirror!
What You'll Need
How We Did It
Use the template to the left as reference as you cut and fold the sheet of paper. Use a hole puncher to punch out the black holes.
We helped our son make the straight lines with a ruler, and then he did the cutting (which he is very proud of).
Fold the bottom corners of the hat inwards so that the corners overlap and glue down. (This makes the back of the bonnet.) Then, glue down the top flap to make it secure.
