Spider Lollipops
These are the sweetest spiders you'll ever encounter. Our kid testing crew had a blast making--and eating--their eight-legged treats. They especially went googly for the googly eyes. One spider had more eyes than legs!
What You'll Need
- pipe cleaners (black)
- googly eyes (sticky)
- lollipops
How We Did It
First, get together your supplies. Luckily, it's a short list!
Start with four pipe cleaners and a lollipop.
Wrap the pipe cleaners around the base of the lollipop and twist tightly
to secure the wire. (Younger kids may need some grownup assistance
twisting the pipe cleaners tight.)
Spread out each pipe cleaner and bend each tip.
Stick googly eyes on the "head" and have fun! Our kid testing crew loved creeping and crawling all of over each other with their new furry friends.
