Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced front-end developer interested in contributing to the very early stages of a startup - where you will have a real impact on the business and technology. You will work with our engineering, product management, marketing, and creative teams to help deliver a great user experience across all aspects of Kiwi Crate's digital presence. Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and seasoned Director of Business Development to join our team. The candidate should possess a proven ability to assess, refine, engage and manage strategic, revenue driving partnerships for a consumer products company. The Director of Business Development is responsible for negotiating partnerships that increase our subscriber base, generate new revenue streams, enhance our product offerings, or otherwise add value to Kiwi Crate.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop our partnership strategy with the executive team
  • Lead Business Development opportunities that range from strategic distribution deals to content and revenue sharing arrangements
  • Identify, engage, develop and nurture partner relationships which drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth. Negotiate partnership agreements to come up with win-win arrangements which achieve our business objectives

Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations go-getter and leader interested in contributing to the early stages of a startup - where you will have a real impact on the business. You will be responsible for our Operations strategy, optimization, as well as execution. As a key contributor to a critical function in our business, you’ll be - on the ground floor - bringing our products to life. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead supply chain, order management and inventory planning processes by planning and procuring the right product at the right time. Establish and maintain inventory, cycle counting and accounting.
  • Coordinate product and materials demand with sales plans. Establish short- and long-term priorities as supply/demand factors change to ensure customer satisfaction and optimum utilization of inventory. Manage the creation of forecasts, demand vs. supply, inventory overview reports. Work closely with finance on inventory reconciliation, cost, material adjustments. Prepare for scale.
  • Manage product assembly, fulfilment, and shipping operations and processes. Problem solve and design solutions. Implement new processes and systems. Responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, production and shipping.
  • Determine and implement operations staffing, including developing appropriate jobs, job content, and staffing levels to meet sales requirements. Hire, train, and manage the direct labor personnel.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to migrate in-house assembly and fulfillment operations to outsourced partners. Coordinate contract management including sourcing, analysis and negotiation.

We’re looking for a customer service representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service for Kiwi Crate customers. You will be a specialist who delivers superior service and design the best service policies. This full-time position will involve customer interactions by phone, email, live chat. In particular, daily trouble shooting and developing a deep understanding of the subscription order management process are essential to success. Daily interactions with the reset of the marketing and operations team are required to help support on time delivery of our product to consumers.

  • Address customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, helpful manner; delighting customers whenever possible
