Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced front-end developer interested in contributing to the very early stages of a startup - where you will have a real impact on the business and technology. Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations go-getter and leader interested in contributing to the early stages of a startup - where you will have a real impact on the business. You will be responsible for our Operations strategy, optimization, as well as execution. As a key contributor to a critical function in our business, you’ll be - on the ground floor - bringing our products to life. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead supply chain, order management and inventory planning processes by planning and procuring the right product at the right time. Establish and maintain inventory, cycle counting and accounting.
  • Coordinate product and materials demand with sales plans. Establish short- and long-term priorities as supply/demand factors change to ensure customer satisfaction and optimum utilization of inventory. Manage the creation of forecasts, demand vs. supply, inventory overview reports. Work closely with finance on inventory reconciliation, cost, material adjustments. Prepare for scale.
  • Manage product assembly, fulfilment, and shipping operations and processes. Problem solve and design solutions. Implement new processes and systems. Responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, production and shipping.
  • Determine and implement operations staffing, including developing appropriate jobs, job content, and staffing levels to meet sales requirements. Hire, train, and manage the direct labor personnel.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to migrate in-house assembly and fulfillment operations to outsourced partners. Coordinate contract management including sourcing, analysis and negotiation.

We’re looking for a customer service representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service for Kiwi Crate customers. You will be a specialist who delivers superior service and design the best service policies. This full-time position will involve customer interactions by phone, email, live chat. In particular, daily trouble shooting and developing a deep understanding of the subscription order management process are essential to success. Daily interactions with the reset of the marketing and operations team are required to help support on time delivery of our product to consumers.

    Role

    We're looking for a recent college graduate interested in contributing to the early stages of a startup - where you will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life. He/she should have a passion and interest for capturing and communicating products and brand stories through lifestyle and product photos as well as editorial and instructional videos. The candidate will assist the Sr. Photographer and Videographer in bringing clarity, innovation, and quality to the images and messages produced while handling high volumes. This is a terrific opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way – by growing and engaging our community. Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Assist in production and shooting for images and videos that are used in print, packaging, marketing, and web. May include transport and setup of lighting, camera, audio equipment, and staging scene/set.
    • Assist in post-production for both video and photo. Maintain high production quality and standard for every shoot and edit.
    • Demonstrate a great eye for design, technical skill, and knowledge of current media trends.

    Qualifications

    • Experience. 1-2+ years working in a creative environment as a Photographer or in Post-Production. Bachelor’s Degree in Film/Video Production and/or Commercial Photography. A commercial photography and videography portfolio that demonstrate expertise in applied techniques and a working knowledge of digital photography, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics. Strong working knowledge of industry-standard multimedia production technology.
    • Proficient working experience in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom
    • Proficient working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
    • Experience with Adobe After Effect or Adobe Illustrator is a plus, but not necessary
    • Hands-on, "get things done" mentality. You thrive in a fast paced, small company environment. You aren’t afraid to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in where needed.
